Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card and Amex card payment over the web or using phone or fax. Alternatively you may send a cheque and we will despatch your order when it has cleared.

Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Shipping And Handling For more expensive items postal insurance is available. This is at a flat rate of £15 per order. Please contact us if you require this.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. If we receive your order before 3:00 we will despatch it the same day.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you order the wrong model by mistake just return it unopened and we will either refund the purchase price or send the correct model.

The person responsible for our privacy policy is Mr R Gibson. We collect the minimum personal details required to enable us to validate and deliver your order. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

Returns Policy A full refund will be given for faulty goods on return.
